We are seeking
HCA / Support Workers
to provide complex care for clients Adults and Children, with a range of complex issues, across Norfolk. This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact to peoples lives, working in supportive, caring environment in a home-based settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality
care
to client with complex needs
Ability to communicate clearly & effectively through verbal & written means.
Strong interpersonal skills, along with empathy
Must have a calm demeanour and a playful personality
Maintain clear and accurate care observation records
Must be able to maintain a high level of personal care
Requirements:
At least a 1 years’ experience working with Complex Care
Proven experience in
Complex Care
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Airmid care team, MDT and family.
Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient-focused care
Experience with Tracheostomy, PEG/NG Feeding, Ventilators, Oral Nasal suctioning. (not all essential)
Experience with Learning Disabilities & challenging behaviour
These positions offers a
regular
schedule with a competitive pay rate. It’s an ideal role for carers looking for opportunities to support packages on a flexible basis but offering continuity.
