Primary School Teaching Assistant - South East London - September Start - Full Time - £100-£117 per day

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in South East London for a September start.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody passionate about education and supporting children within a primary school environment. The school is looking for a proactive and engaging Teaching Assistant who can support learning, behaviour, and pupil development across the classroom.

The role may involve working across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on experience and school requirements.

The Role:

Supporting pupils within the classroom on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
Delivering interventions in literacy, numeracy, phonics, and reading support
Supporting pupils with SEN and additional learning needs where required
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement throughout the school day
Preparing classroom resources and supporting general classroom organisation
Supervising pupils during break times, transitions, and school activitiesThe Ideal Candidate Will:

Have previous school or child-based experience
Be confident working within a primary setting
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Be patient, reliable, and proactive
Have a passion for supporting children's learning and development
SEN experience is desirable but not essentialThe Role Offers:
