We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Digital Services Manager to lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of high-quality digital services. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and customer-focused professional to shape digital transformation, improve service performance and ensure users receive efficient, accessible and reliable services.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a relevant degree or appropriate professional qualification an ITIL, PRINCE2 or AGILE qualification would be desirable. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate experience of managing a multi-site service department and experience of budget planning and management.
