CNC Press Brake Operator

A company based near Danbury who are an engineering company are looking for someone to set and operate their CNC Press Brake.

The comapany are a small outfit with a tight knit happy team, who work on a variety of different projects.

We are looking for someone with experience setting and operating CNC Press Brakes and sheet metal. If you can programme or edit programmes, that is a bonus.

The role is paying up to £16ph working 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30am to 1pm on Fridays.

CNC Press Brake duties:-

Set up and operate Press Brakes
Read from engineering drawings
Ensure quality checks on parts are done
Help with general sheet metal and fabrication parts such as laser cutting, grinding and assembly
Using hand and power toolsRequirements for this role:-

You will be experienced with using CNC Press Brakes and in sheet metal work
Use hand tools in sheet metal
You will be able to read technical drawings
Knowledge of assembly processesThis role is a temporary to permanent position.
