Brook Street are currently working with a well-established and growing business within the construction sector, who are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven Accounts / Finance Assistant to join their fast-paced finance team.

Monday to Friday
Full time permanent position
Competitive salary: £30,000 - £32,000
Location: DN4 (Doncaster)
Hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Annual discretionary bonus (after 12 months service)

Key Responsibilities
Oversee credit control and manage purchase & sales ledgers
Reconcile company bank accounts to relevant ledgers
Support purchase ledger processes
Process sub-contractor payments
Prepare and submit CIS returns to HMRC
Manage credit card postings
Maintain company vehicle logs
Assist with month-end processes and reporting
Produce accurate financial reports
Create monthly cash flow forecasts
Support weekly payroll / payments to subcontractors
About You
Minimum 5+ years' experience in an accounts or finance role
Experience within the construction sector is highly desirable
AAT qualified or working towards (or similar qualification)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload
IT literate (Microsoft Office proficient)
Strong communication and customer service skills
