Rate: £22.50ph (Personal CIS)

Hours: 08:00-16:30

Nelson Permanent Placements are working with our client who are recruiting for a Multi Trader to start on a Social Housing Contractor based in Chester (CH4).

As a Multi Trader, you will be required to help in a range of tasks (including bricking up air vents, mould washing bathrooms, supporting with netting for Solar and general repairs.

Please note - You must be Tech Savvy (to log your work completed) on an App.

Multi Trader Requirements:

* 2-3 years’ experience as a Multi Trader (within Social Housing and Local Council Contracts)

* A Valid CSCS Card

* A Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate

* A Manual Handling Certificate

* Your own tool kit
