We are looking for passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join schools in Sherston. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs.

Role Overview:

Support students with a range of SEN needs in mainstream classrooms or specialist settings.
Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning and interventions.
Provide one-to-one or small group support to help students achieve their potential.
Promote inclusion and positive behaviour in the classroom.What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential).
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
