Technical Manager

The Role As Technical Manager, you will play a key role supporting the preconstruction and commercial teams across a range of exciting workplace projects. You will be responsible for managing tender preparation, subcontractor coordination, cost planning and technical documentation, helping deliver competitive and high-quality project bids. This is a fast-paced role where you will work closely with Technical Directors, subcontractors and project teams to ensure projects are commercially competitive, technically compliant and delivered to the highest standards.
