Kinetic Recruitment is supporting a highly respected organisation in Dukinfield in the appointment of a Quality Manager. This position carries significant responsibility for ensuring that all products, processes, and systems meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and operational integrity.

The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight of the organisation's ISO 9001 Quality Management System while playing a pivotal role in advancing the company's progression towards ISO 18001 and ISO 45001 accreditation. This is a hands on leadership role requiring strong visibility on the shop floor, combined with the capability to influence systems, culture, and continuous improvement at a senior level.

This is a Permanent Position Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30 Salary: £45,000 per annum

Some Key Responsibilities of the Quality Manager
*Provide senior oversight of day to day quality performance across all operational areas
*Lead, develop, and enhance the ISO 9001 Quality Management System to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence
*Partner with the HSQE Manager to drive the organisation's accreditation journey for ISO 18001 and ISO 45001
*Lead internal audit programmes, ensuring robust management of non conformances and timely implementation of corrective actions
*Champion continuous improvement initiatives, using data driven insights to strengthen processes and performance
*Oversee quality KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for strategic improvement
*Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to production teams to embed a strong quality culture
*Manage customer quality concerns and supplier related issues with professionalism and authority

The new Quality and Control Manager looks like this:
*Significant experience in a quality focused role within a manufacturing environment
*Strong and demonstrable knowledge of ISO 9001
*Exposure to ISO 18001 and/or ISO 45001
*Proven capability in audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
