We are The Butchers Recruiter, part of The Food Recruitment Group - a specialist business focused exclusively on the meat processing sector across the UK and Ireland.
We work closely with some of the industry’s leading food production businesses, supplying the people who play a vital role in helping to feed the nation.
We’re an owner-led, hands-on company that understands the realities of the sector - and we’re now looking to develop the next generation of recruitment talent.

Full training in recruitment and the food manufacturing sector
Clear progression into senior resourcing or consultant roles

Resilient and motivated
Keen to learn and develop
Detail-oriented and process-driven
Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Retail, Hospitality or other office-based roles would be suitable.
