Job Title: Finisher / Polisher

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £14.43 - £14.97 + Shift Allowance

Hours: Rotating Shifts

6:00am - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 10:00pm
Early finish on Fridays (6-hour shift)Overview:

We are recruiting for a Finisher / Polisher to join a well-established manufacturing business in Sheffield. This role is ideal for someone with a strong manufacturing background who takes pride in producing high-quality finishes and working to precise standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Finishing and polishing metal components to a high standard
Working with steel and other alloys to remove imperfections and achieve required finishes
Using hand tools, polishing equipment, and machinery
Inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality and specification standards
Reading and working from engineering drawings where required
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targetsRequirements:

Previous experience in a finishing, polishing, or manufacturing role
Background within a manufacturing environment (essential)
Experience working with steel (highly desirable)
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work rotating shifts
