Personal Assistance/ Project Coordinator

Location: Staines (Town Centre) Salary: £28,000-£35,000 Reporting to: CEO

As the business continues to expand, we're seeking a proactive and detail-driven Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing and executing strategic, company-wide projects.

The Role

The PA will play a central role in ensuring the smooth planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives across the business. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you'll provide structure, coordination, and reporting across multiple workstreams - helping to translate high-level goals into actionable plans.

This is a hands-on and varied role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, with strong organisational skills and the ability to bring clarity to complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support the CEO in coordinating and tracking progress on strategic and operational projects across the business.

Prepare regular status updates, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Facilitate project meetings - scheduling, minute-taking, and following up on action items.

Maintain documentation, templates, and best practices for project governance.

Collaborate with department heads to gather project updates and align on priorities

Key Skills

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Confident communicator, able to engage with senior stakeholders across all levels.

Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Asana, (url removed), or similar).

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Highly motivated, solutions-focused, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
