Great Communication: Ability to connect with individuals who may communicate in non-verbal or unique ways.
Resilience & Reliability: A positive "can-do" attitude and a dependable approach to work.
Experience: Previous experience in care or supporting individuals with autism/learning disabilities is highly desirable.
Driver (Preferred): Due to our location in Cranleigh and community outings, a valid UK driving license is highly beneficial.

Why Join Us?

Competitive Pay: Excellent rates from £13.00 up to £17.35 per hour.
Work-Life Balance: Flexible shift patterns to fit your lifestyle.
Supportive Environment: A welcoming team and 24/7 management support.
