Are you an experienced housing support manager with a passion for delivering high-quality resident support services? We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Housing Support Team Manager to lead a frontline team delivering tenancy sustainment, resident support, and community-focused housing services across North London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation committed to improving resident outcomes and creating sustainable communities. You will play a key role in leading service delivery, supporting vulnerable residents, and driving performance across a busy housing management environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Lead and motivate a team delivering housing support and tenancy sustainment services.
• Oversee complex resident cases including safeguarding, vulnerability, and ASB.
• Support residents to maintain successful and sustainable tenancies.
• Work collaboratively with statutory and partner agencies to deliver effective interventions.
• Monitor service performance, KPIs, and compliance standards.
• Manage escalated complaints and tenancy-related issues.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resident engagement across the service.
• Drive continuous service improvement and promote best practice within the team.

This role would suit an experienced Support Team Leader, Neighbourhood Manager, or Tenancy Manager looking to take the next step within a dynamic and rewarding housing environment
