The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Senior Regulatory Support Officer to join a busy Regulatory Services team, providing high-level administrative, technical and operational support across a range of regulatory functions, including environmental health, private landlord licensing and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and technical support across Regulatory Services
Act as a point of contact for complex enquiries from the public, businesses and partner agencies
Maintain accurate records, databases and case management systems
Assist with complaint handling, case progression and regulatory processes
Produce reports, statistical returns and data analysis
Support financial processes including invoicing, purchase orders and budget tracking
Ensure compliance with legislation, guidance and codes of practice
Support team workload management and meet service deadlinesAbout You
Knowledge of regulatory services regulations (i.e. environmental health, private landlord licencing, etc.) guidance and codes of practice
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information securely
Knowledge of financial processes including invoicing, purchase orders and budget tracking
Strong communication and organisational skills
