About the Role

We are recruiting Daily Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Enfield.

This is a flexible, part-time temporary role starting in April 2026, offering the opportunity to work in EYFS, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, and SEN settings.

This role is ideal for Teaching Assistants looking for variety and flexibility, with the chance to work in multiple schools, choose placements that suit them, and gain experience in some of the borough’s top primary schools.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, applicants should have:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant (preferred)

• A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) – desirable

• Experience or knowledge of SEN/SEND, particularly SEMH or PRU settings – highly beneficial

• A flexible and adaptable approach to working in different school environments

• Availability to work on a supply basis

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, KS2, and SEN settings

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

• Providing 1:1 or small group support, particularly for pupils with additional needs

• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Adapting quickly to different school settings and expectations
