Job Title: Parts Advisor
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Tamworth - Office based role
Salary: Up to £35,000
The Professional Services team at SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a hands-on Stock & Parts Advisor on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing parts inventory and supporting the sales/customer department with all operational requirements.
As a Parts & Stock Control Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:
Managing company-owned parts stock, ensuring accurate stock control, rotation, and housekeeping
Maintaining precise stock records and following established processes and procedures
Supplying parts to customers and supporting internal operations
Promoting parts and associated products, supporting sales and account growth
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
Supporting day-to-day branch operations, including hands-on involvement where required
Providing accurate reporting on stock levels, parts usage, and customer activity
Ensuring health & safety and fire safety procedures are followed at all times
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the following:
Parts handling and stock control, ideally within truck, trailer, plant, automotive, or engineering sectors
Working in a customer-facing environment
Managing inventory systems and maintaining accurate records
Supporting sales activity or parts sales
Working independently in a fast-paced environment
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
