Empowering Learning are working with an Academy Trust supporting Primaries across the Grimsby area - The Schools are looking for Early Years Teachers to join their team.
We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Early Years Teachers. The successful candidate will create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment that supports children's early development and inspires a love of learning.
You will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework, while building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons and activities
Support children's social, emotional, and educational development
Monitor and assess children's progress and maintain accurate records
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/carers
Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are always maintained
Encourage curiosity, independence, and confidence in young learners
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant Early Years qualification
Experience working within an Early Years setting
Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
