MMP Consultancy are looking to recruit an Asset Officer on a Temporary basis, based in Essex.
Main Responsibilities:
Help to deliver the objectives set out in the Asset Management Strategy.
Provide an effective and responsive service to the residents relating to all asset management functions including the collection, collation and maintenance of stock attribute and condition information.
Provide detailed information in relation to all aspects of the asset management data.
Ensure the asset database is up to date, fully populated with all assets, is reconciled to the housing management system and regularly maintained
To support the delivery of the new build and stock reinvestment programmes through the provision of accurate and timely stock and property information.
Provide information and reports as required to support the Housing department's and Corporate
Provide an effective and responsive service to residents relating to all asset management functions including the collection, collation and maintenance of stock attribute and condition information.Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience or equivalent.
Experience liaising with Councillors and Stake Holders. Being competent and confident in decision making and aware of Human Resources process and procedures.
Knowledge of asset lifecycles and stock condition
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships and collaborate with others to achieve outcomes
