SEN TA (SEMH) - Dover

Academics are currently recruiting for a SEN TA to join a specialist SEN school in Dover supporting children with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs).

This role will involve supporting pupils on both a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them engage with learning, regulate emotions, and build confidence within the classroom. The school in Dover provides a supportive and structured environment focused on helping students reach their full potential.

The Role:

Supporting children with SEMH needs
Working as a SEN TA within the classroom
Providing emotional and behavioural support
Building positive relationships with pupils and staff in Dover

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and behaviour management skills
SEN, SEMH, care, or support work experience is beneficial
SEN experience is desired but not essential
