Teaching Assistant - Ealing
Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Ealing who are seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join their team for a September 2026 start. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive school environment where staff are valued and students are encouraged to achieve their best.

Staff work collaboratively to ensure students are supported both academically and personally, while senior leaders place a strong focus on professional development and staff wellbeing.
The Role
You will work alongside teachers and the wider support team to support students across the classroom. You will assist with lesson activities, help maintain a positive learning environment, and provide additional support to students who may need extra guidance. This is a full-time position working 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
* Working with small groups and individual students to reinforce learning
* Assisting with classroom behaviour management and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Supporting students with additional learning needs where required
* Helping to prepare classroom resources and learning materials
* Encouraging student participation, confidence and independence in learning
Requirements:
* Previous UK-based secondary school experience is essential and candidates without this will not be considered
* Experience supporting young people in a classroom setting
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive, patient and supportive attitude
* A genuine passion for supporting students' education and development
