This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an exciting mix of projects across sectors including education, healthcare, residential and commercial developments, all within a supportive and ambitious environment where your career progression genuinely matters.
You'll be joining a modern, collaborative office with a strong team culture, regular social events and the chance to work alongside experienced engineers on challenging and rewarding schemes. The company is passionate about developing its people and offers ongoing training, mentoring and full support towards Chartership.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience within a UK engineering consultancy, a relevant engineering degree or HNC/HND qualification, and strong technical skills including Tekla and Tedds. AutoCAD experience would be an advantage. You'll also be a confident communicator, capable of managing multiple projects and representing the business professionally at meetings and client discussions.
