We are recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor to join a busy, fast-paced operational environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), with strong support and structured development provided.

You'll play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture, supporting compliance, and helping to ensure safe working practices across site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day health & safety support across site
Assist in implementing HSE policies and procedures
Act as a first point of contact for H&S queries
Support risk assessments (including COSHH and task-based)
Identify hazards and follow through to resolution
Carry out workplace inspections and audits
Support incident reporting and investigations
Maintain accurate HSE records and documentation
Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and training support
Assist with contractor compliance and RAMS reviews
Support fire safety checks and emergency proceduresWhat We're Looking For

NEBOSH National General Certificate (or willing to complete within 12 months)
Strong interest in developing a career in Health & Safety
Good communication and organisational skills
Proactive, hands-on approach
Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment
