We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Preston. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire and engage pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering creative and engaging lessons that support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment
Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Support the wider school community and extracurricular activities where appropriate

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within a primary school setting
Strong classroom management skills
A passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
