Job Overview
Working within the EMEA payroll team you will be responsible for running payrolls for various countries across the EMEA region.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Working within a team being responsible for timely and accurate delivery of EMEA payrolls.
Prepare and submit monthly payroll instructions to the outsourced payroll provider
Monthly reconciliation and approval of payroll output reports
Provie quality customer service to employees and stakeholders across all payroll matters
Deal with various queries via mailbox and phone
Essential Skills and Competencies:
Experience working with EMEA payrolls
Excellent numeracy and written communication skills
High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targets
Good excel skills
Able to work as part of a team
Desirable Skills and Competencies:
Experience with Cloudpay payroll platform
Experience with Workday HR
An analytical and curious approach
