We are looking for graduates to take part in an asset management survey in Barking & Dagenham. This is a temporary contract.
Your day to day will comprise of:

Conduct regular driven inspections of road signs and street furniture across designated areas in London.
* Identify and document any missing street signs and record any damage, vandalism, or deterioration.
* Assess the need for repairs, replacements, or upgrades to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Maintain accurate records and reports of inspection findings.
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule and prioritize repairs.
* Monitor and report on the progress of repair works.
* Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders to address specific issues
About you
Ideally, you should hit most of the points below:
* Fully qualified Civil Engineer
* Sound knowledge of Traffic Management and Health & Safety practises
* Demonstrate that you are hardworking, knowledgeable and personable individual that can work in their own initiative but that can also take and follow directions
* Professional approach and effective role model for the Company’s values and culture
