Your Day-to-Day Role

You’ll be the calm, confident presence in the classroom when teachers are away, helping keep students focused and learning on track.

* Deliver pre-set lessons (no planning required!)

* Keep students engaged, motivated, and on task

* Manage behaviour with confidence and consistency

* Create a positive classroom environment

* Provide simple feedback to teaching staff

What Makes You a Great Fit?

* Experience working with young people (schools, sports coaching, youth work, etc.)

* Confident, approachable, and able to lead a classroom

* Flexible and quick to adapt

* Strong communication skills

* DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply through us)
