We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Ashford, Kent on a full-time, permanent basis starting in September 2026.

The successful candidate will:
Support pupils in the classroom to help them achieve their full potential
Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging learning activities
Provide one-to-one and small group support where required
Encourage positive behaviour and pupil engagement
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Demonstrate patience, flexibility and a proactive approach
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, nurturing and adaptable attitude
A commitment to supporting children's academic and personal development
