New Directions Education is looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Harrogate. You’ll play a key role in keeping learning on track when teachers are absent—no lesson planning required!

What You’ll Be Doing

* Leading classrooms and keeping students engaged with pre-set work

* Creating a positive, calm, and focused environment

* Managing behaviour with confidence and consistency

* Supporting students to stay on task and achieve their best

* Providing brief feedback to teaching staff at the end of lessons

What We’re Looking For

* Experience working with young people, in a classroom setting

* A confident communicator who can take the lead in a classroom

* Strong organisational and classroom management skills

* Flexibility and a proactive attitude

* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one through us)
