Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin 11 (office + field-based, hybrid)
Salary: c. €70,000–€80,000+ (flexible for strong solar / leadership profile)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Experience

*

Experience managing or coordinating multiple field teams / crews on concurrent projects

*

Comfortable in a high‑volume, project‑based environment with frequent changes and moving parts

*

Proven track record of:

Implementing or maintaining structured processes

*

Using digital tools (e.g. CRM, project boards like Trello/Asana/Jira)

*

Improving communication and reducing operational “noise”

*

Demonstrated ability to “calm the chaos” – taking growing, busy operations and making them controlled, predictable and scalable

Salary: Guideline €70,000–€80,000; flexibility for candidates with proven solar operations leadership experience

Bonus: Planned KPI‑linked bonus structure, likely tied to revenue and EBITDA performance (to be agreed)
