Duties of a Car Sales Manager:
* Lead and motivate a team of 5 sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets
* Manage high-quality customer leads, ensuring excellent customer service
* Drive the sales process in accordance with dealership standards and compliance
* Support team members in achieving individual and team goals
* Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers to promote repeat business
* Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and keep abreast of industry trends
* Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring continuous improvement
Requirements of a Car Sales Manager:
* Proven experience as a Car Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales management role within the motor trade
* A track record of success managing teams in a dealership environment, ideally with 5+ years of relevant experience
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to motivate and develop team members
* Proactive approach to driving sales and delivering excellent customer service
* Flexible attitude towards working hours, including Sundays as part of the rota
