This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and growing engineering business working on critical electrical power systems across sectors including Defence and Infrastructure.
We are looking for a hands-on Test Engineer with strong electrical fault-finding experience to support testing, commissioning and maintenance activities both in the workshop and occasionally on customer sites.
The Role:
• Testing, commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems
• Fault finding on AC/DC systems
• Supporting basic software diagnostics
• Reading schematics and following test procedures
• Workshop-based with occasional site visits
What We’re Looking For:
• Electrical engineering background
• Strong fault-finding skills
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication and attention to detail
• UPS or critical power experience would be advantageous
Additional Information:
• 4.5 day working week
• Occasional travel and rare overnight stays required
• Relevant electrical qualifications preferred
