CAREER OPPORTUNITY – SALARY UP TO £75K, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE BASED, QUANTITY SURVEYOR, MULTIPLE PROJECTS, CAREER PROGRESSION, HYBRID WORKING.

An opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a Northamptonshire based Residential Groundworks Business on their commercial team. The client has had continual growth and is looking for an Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business. With a turnover of £100m and multiple projects in the pipeline for early 2025 working with some of the largest Housebuilding companies in the UK.

Duties:
• Optimising contract profitability
• Provide quotations to clients for variations
• Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks
• Accurate monthly cost and value reports
• All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
• Time management skills and meeting deadlines
• Experience in value engineering
• Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Remuneration:
• Up to £75,000
• Car allowance
• Paid Holidays
