Alliance Personnel are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer to join one of their clients based in Birmingham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving machinery across the facilities.
MAIN DUTIES
To carry out any maintenance & repair work as required on site.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
* To be responsible for any maintenance issues within the factory as directed. To conduct site planned maintenance inspections.
* To conduct all reasonable repairs on site equipment.
* To attend to any equipment breakdown needs to reduce production down time.
* To maintain stock holding of spare equipment parts.
* To carry out any other duties as and when required.
* To be responsible for weekly strip and clean-down of production equipment.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
* Must be responsible, committed and positive.
* Must have proven experience of working with steam generators, compressed air, electrics,
* Food manufacturing background is preferred.
OPERATION SHIFT HOURS
6:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday
WORKING HOURS
A flexible 8 hour shift (Monday to Friday) dependant on business needs.
SALARY
Upto £40,000 per annum
20 days holiday
