That creates an opportunity for someone who wants to join a steady, close-knit contractor where longevity is part of the culture.
This is proper refurbishment contracting.

The Role
• Take over a live portfolio of projects following a planned retirement
• External, internal and maintenance works
• Projects typically up to £4m in value
• Office based in Chingford
• Work alongside two QSs and an Estimator (who also supports commercially)
• Exposure across full project lifecycle - from tender handover to final account
What they’re looking for
• QS experience within a main contractor environment
• Comfortable managing multiple smaller projects simultaneously
• Strong on subcontractor accounts, variations and final accounts
• Able to operate in a small-team setting where communication matters
• Someone steady, practical and commercially reliable
