Maintenance Engineers – FMCG / Food Manufacturing (Grimsby)

We are currently recruiting experienced Maintenance Engineers to join a leading FMCG / food manufacturing site in the Grimsby area.

This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment with a strong focus on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Shifts Available

Days, evenings, and rotating shifts available

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of production equipment through both planned and reactive maintenance, helping to minimise downtime and keep production running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
Reactive breakdown repairs
Fault finding on mechanical and/or electrical systems
Supporting continuous improvement projects
Working safely in line with food manufacturing standards

About You

Previous experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or similar environment
Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance skills
Confident fault-finding under pressure
Team-focused with a proactive approach
Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ / HNC / apprenticeship or equivalent)
