This position bypasses the friction of daily regional travel, offering an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to take complete ownership of high-compliance water systems within a single, sophisticated environment.

The Opportunity You will play a critical role in ensuring total regulatory compliance and safeguarding public health across the asset. Your daily remit will focus on execution, systematic auditing, and maintaining flawless water hygiene standards:

Conducting comprehensive cold water storage tank inspections and specifying necessary remedial works.

Performing strict thermostatic mixing valve (TMV) failsafe checks, servicing, and calibrations.

Executing closed system sampling, chemical analysis, and cooling tower monitoring.

Carrying out precise chlorine dioxide testing, systematic water sampling, and temperature logging.

Managing routine operational compliance tasks, including showerhead descaling and flushing regimes.

Technical Essentials To excel in this high-precision environment, you must demonstrate strong technical proficiency and a systematic approach to compliance infrastructure:

Sustained Field Experience: Proven track record executing all core water hygiene duties (TMVs, tank inspections, closed systems, and cooling towers).

Compliance Grounding: Solid working knowledge of ACoP L8, HSG274, and HTM 04-01 frameworks.

Cognitive Strengths: Exceptional attention to detail, strong pattern recognition for system variations, and a methodical approach to routine asset auditing.

Reporting Rigour: Ability to accurately document data and maintain flawless asset logbooks.

Attitude: A dependable, self-motivated, and structured "can-do" approach to complex mechanical assets.
