- Supporting clients with mobility around the home
- Performing light housekeeping duties
- Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals

Qualifications
- Experience in home care or a care home setting is advantageous
- Ability to drive to clients' homes for visits
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes
