A Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency with CRM systems, especially (url removed), including administration and customisation.
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, SQL, and data visualisation tools.
Proven track record in supporting, maintaining, and optimising sales operations tools.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.
Advanced certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Salesforce, data analytics) are a plus.
Experience in project management and process improvement.
