Our client is a well-known bakery and is seeking a Bakery Team Leader to join their friendly store in Winchester.
Can you successfully share your passion with colleagues and customers to drive high standards at all times?
As a Team Leader you will:
* Take the lead on shifts to support your Team in delivering outstanding service
* Train and coach our team to Brand Standards
* Make the World’s Best Coffee
* Prepare Award Winning Food
* Drive high standards at all times
* Assist the Management Team with operating the bakery
* Make the most of colleagues strengths and ensure that they are in the right place to maximise sales
