We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in London. This role involves covering classes across all year groups.

Support the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
Monitor progress and adapt support strategies as needed
Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Requirements:

Proven experience working within Early Years or Key Stage 1/Lower Key Stage 2
Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies
Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential

Be available five days per week
