We are currently working with a well-established and growing construction business who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute QS to work across a varied portfolio of projects, taking ownership of cost management, subcontractor procurement, valuations, and financial reporting from pre-construction through to final account.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing project costs and commercial performance

* Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts

* Subcontractor procurement and account management

* Budget forecasting and reporting

* Working closely with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery

* Supporting financial control and risk management across projects

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor position within construction

* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Relevant construction or commercial qualifications preferred
