About the Roles
We are recruiting for SEND roles across Early Years, Year 1 and Year 2 classrooms, as well as a specialist autism provision. These positions are highly specialised, requiring candidates with strong expertise in SEND practice and the ability to support children with complex needs.
Candidate Requirements

Experience working with special school level children
*
Knowledge of SEND strategies and interventions
*
Ability to carry out intimate care, including nappy changing for older children
*
Physical resilience to support children who may be highly dysregulated during the day
*
Commitment to supporting children with non‑verbal autism and developmental delay
