Customer Service Advisor | Neasden | £27,000 + bonus

I am recruiting a Customer Service Adviser for a well-established storage solutions company based in Neasden. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries face-to-face and over the phone, identifying opportunities to add value, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What we're looking for:

→ Experience in a customer-facing sales role
→ A confident, friendly communicator
→ Someone proactive who spots opportunities naturally
→ Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
→ Comfortable juggling tasks in a busy environment
