Social Worker – All Age Disability Team
Location: Worcester
Contract: 3 Months (Ongoing)
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm)

Rates:

£32.67 per hour (Umbrella)
£28.77 per hour (PAYE inclusive)
£25.67 per hour (PAYE exclusive)Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority in Worcester for an experienced Social Worker to join their All Age Disability Team.

Job Role You will be working within a supportive team delivering high-quality social work services to individuals across all age groups with disabilities. The role will include:

Managing a caseload of service users with learning disabilities
Supporting individuals through key life stages, including transitions from children’s to adult services
Undertaking assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with statutory responsibilities
Working collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-agency partners
Safeguarding vulnerable individuals and promoting independence and wellbeingKey Requirements
Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
Proven experience working with learning disabilities
Strong understanding of transitions within all-age disability services
Experience within a local authority setting is highly desirable
