As an Associate Structural Engineer, you will take ownership of significant projects from concept through to completion, overseeing technical delivery while managing and mentoring a talented team of engineers and technicians. The successful candidate will have a proven background delivering complex structural engineering schemes and will be comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams within a fast-paced consultancy environment. You will ideally be Chartered, or close to achieving Chartership, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
