We are recruiting for a Transport Administrator to work days for a leading warehousing and logistics provider based in Lutterworth!
Shifts & Pay: 4 on, 4 off
DAYS: 6am-6pm (Apply online only)) - £15.41 per hour
As Transport Administrator you will be based in the warehouse office on the day shift, dealing with drivers undertaking any of the following duties:
MHE Operation: Safely operating MHE trucks for picking, packing, and replenishing stock, particularly in high-bay racking.
Transport Admin/Support: Monitoring delivery schedules, liaising with drivers, managing paperwork, and resolving transport delays.
Warehouse Operations: Loading/unloading vehicles, conducting stock counts, and ensuring accurate, timely inventory movement.
Compliance & Safety: Conducting equipment inspections, following health and safety guidelines, and ensuring compliance.
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following:
MHE Equipment: Experience using any of the following is beneficial but not essential: VNA, Reach or PPT - no license required
Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or transport administration role.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
