A leading food manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead site quality, food safety, and compliance within a fast-paced production environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a quality professional with strong experience in HACCP, BRCGS, audits, and team leadership to play a key role within a growing operation supplying high-quality products into major customers.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of quality and food safety standards across the site, ensuring products consistently meet customer, legal, and internal requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading site quality and food safety activities

* Managing HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems

* Driving BRCGS compliance and audit readiness

* Investigating non-conformances and implementing corrective actions

* Monitoring raw material and finished product quality

* Producing quality KPI reports and trend analysis

* Supporting customer audits and retailer standards

* Coaching and developing quality teams

* Working closely with production, procurement, and NPD teams

About You

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:

* Experience in a Quality Manager role within food manufacturing

* Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, and food safety legislation

* Experience leading audits and managing compliance systems

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

* Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset

* Previous team leadership experience
