This permanent position offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a world-famous golf course environment, where you'll be responsible for running a section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent, high-quality food for visitors and members alike. The role involves working approximately 40 hours per week, with evening and weekend shifts required. As a Chef de Partie, you'll work closely with senior chefs, contributing your cooking expertise to deliver a memorable dining experience. To succeed, you'll need proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally with SVQ Level 2 Professional Cookery or relevant industry experience, and a passion for producing excellent food.
