We are currently seeking experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join our growing team based in Chichester. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of refit and refurbishment projects across commercial and residential sectors.

About the Role

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be involved in all aspects of refurbishment and fit-out works, delivering high-quality workmanship across a range of trades. The role offers long-term opportunities with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidates.

Essential Requirements

Full UK driving licence

Ability to travel to our Chichester head office daily for transport to site

Willingness to work away from home when project locations require it

Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Trade Skills Required

Experience in one or more of the following:

Carpentry

Tiling

Flooring

General refurbishment works

Additional trade skills are highly desirable

What We Offer

40-hour working week

8:00am start

PAYE rate: £15.00 – £16.00 per hour

Company vehicle transport provided from head office

Fuel cards supplied for company vehicles

Immediate starts available

Temp-to-perm opportunities

Permanent salary of £32,000 per annum
